As part of the Oh-Penn Pathways to Competitiveness Project, a Skill Gap Analysis is currently being conducted to strengthen manufacturing career pathways in our region in response to the growing needs of our Region’s manufacturers.
A few weeks ago, Manufacturers responded to their Skill Gap Analysis Survey for nine key Manufacturing positions in the Oh-Penn Region. In order to align their responses with what is currently being taught, we are asking Administrators and Manufacturing Course Instructors from our Region’s Education and Training providers to complete a survey about their current curricula.
These career pathways efforts will give detailed information needed to identify specific gaps in current programs, curricula, equipment, etc. With this information, we can work together to create solutions and seek resources to fill gaps in order to create more seamless and responsive manufacturing career pathways.
If you are an Educator & Training Provider Administrator or Manufacturing Course Instructor who has not yet taken the Skill Gap Survey, please click the appropriate link to complete it.
